Do you have a passion for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data? Do you enjoy building dashboards, reports, databases and uncovering insights from numbers?

Join our team as a Marketing Data Analyst and become our expert in online marketing analytics. Work closely with the marketing team not only to create automated business data reporting but also to improve reach, engagement, and conversion of our content. Your insights will help us understand the logic behind the numbers, optimize campaign tracking, develop marketing strategies, and make data-driven company decisions to strengthen MapTiler’s online presence.

You can work from anywhere in Czechia or join us in our newly renovated office in the center of Brno.


What you will do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve content reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Optimize tracking and attribution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Identify trends and patterns in data to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Implement and enhance tracking strategies using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 or Mautic.

  • Support SEO and web optimization efforts by analyzing traffic and user behavior.

  • Provide recommendations for improving marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.

  • Create automated business data reporting.


What we expect from you

  • Focus on data collection, analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with the whole analytics stack (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Cloudflare Zaraz, etc.).

  • Experience with preparing data from original data sources for automated reporting.

  • Deep understanding of tracking codes and principles of sessions, cookies, etc.

  • Deep understanding of tracking events and principles of event-based analytics.

  • You are familiar with BigQuerry and SQL and you can use it for traffic analysis.

  • Experience with ETL (N8N or other tool).

  • Full understanding of traffic attribution (models and modeling).

  • Good command of English.

  • Willingness to learn new things.

  • Independent, reliable and self-driven personality.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of maps and GIS.

  • Previous experience with B2B.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
