Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive top-line revenue growth by overseeing operations of multiple cities and ensuring optimal performance of mid-market restaurants within the designated segment and cities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the General Manager and functional teams, advocating for the specific needs and challenges faced by the cities under management.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive improvements in mid-market merchant performance within the designated cities.
  • Ensure renegotiating the contract's conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans with restaurants on a monthly basis.
  • Forecast growth and evaluate the attainment of business goals within the mid-market segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Campaigns, Partners Operations, Customer Service, and Courier teams, to drive overall business growth and success

About you:

  • You have strong commercial / business development skills as well as experience in account management or other commercial strategy roles, driving commercial success of the business.
  • You have good analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
  • You are high in initiative and proactiveness and can identify business opportunities, build a plan and drive its execution.
  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator while working optimally in a matrix environment and driving cross-functional collaboration with excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • You ideally have experience managing new product launches or market entry processes.You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Czech language.
