As CTO, you will be a strategic technology leader, driving innovation and spearheading the development of enterprise IT architecture. Your mission will be to lead cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and align technical strategies with Braiins' overarching goals. You'll take ownership of technical initiatives, cultivate a culture of excellence, and ensure that our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.

🤝 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of multiple IT functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead long-term technology planning, innovation, and decision-making aligned with company goals.
  • Take full ownership of the company’s technical roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently.

• Team Management:

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring top-notch delivery of technical solutions.
  • Hire, evaluate, train, and manage staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Technology Operations & Development:

  • Develop and enforce quality standards for all software and system releases, backed by measurable success metrics.
  • Track, test, and manage new technologies to support research and development efforts.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including vendor negotiations, RFP development, and contract management.

• Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the state of information security.
  • Oversee data security practices, offering guidance and maintaining a robust risk management program.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable technical insights and solutions.
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and task forces to ensure technology services align with the company’s needs.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively across diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

• At least Master degree in respected field or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Relationship management.
• Leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, operations, and the ability to lead technical initiatives directly.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering high-quality system and software releases, with clear metrics for success.
• Proven ability to take ownership of technical challenges, coordinate teams effectively, and ensure accountability across all technical activities.
• Demonstrated experience in leading critical technical incidents and ensuring swift resolution with minimal disruption.”
• Strong organizational, project management, vendor management, and strategic planning skills with a focus on customer service and analytics.
