What will you do:

  • Own a Portfolio of Existing Accounts - Ensure client satisfaction and retention while driving growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage Renewals - Proactively handle account renewals in close collaboration with other members of the team.
  • Drive New Business- Dedicate part of your role to exploring and securing new business opportunities—particularly in the US market.
    • Qualify leads by probing to understand client needs
    • Set up meetings and follow up on all opportunities to drive the pipeline
    • Take charge of the business development process, building the pipeline and pushing from lead generation to opportunity management and contract signing
  • Partially Work US Hours - Overlap with US business hours, while also maintaining availability during Czech working hours. We are flexible in finding the right schedule together, and find the balance that works for you.
  • Forecast and Negotiate - Consistently project monthly and quarterly performance of your portfolio, negotiate contracts, and close deals at various levels within your accounts.


Skills, talents and experience you’ll need:

  • Marketing or SaaS Experience - Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in online media, software, or SaaS solutions.
  • Online Marketing & Tech Savvy - Solid knowledge of online/digital marketing trends and practices; comfortable discussing related topics with clients. You need to be able to have a good understanding of how Roivenue works.
  • Strong Sales Skills -Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with clients of various sizes.
  • Collaborative Mindset - You’ll work closely with other account managers and with our product team, so teamwork and open communication are essential.
  • Track Record of Success - Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding revenue quotas in an account retention and upsell role.
  • Communication Champion - Detail-oriented with relationship-building skills and a commitment to high-level customer service.
  • Language Proficiency -  While (native-level) Czech or Slovak is a plus, it’s not a requirement; strong English skills are essential for daily communication with US-based clients.
  • Flexible Schedule - Comfortable splitting your working hours between Czech time and partial coverage of US business hours.
  • Driven to Succeed - Bring a positive attitude and a genuine passion for building relationships, and provide value.
