📈 Senior Data Scientist

Hello, we’re Datamole: a friendly data & AI company of 80+ people. We’re a mix of data scientists, data engineers, and fullstack developers. We develop custom AI, IoT & UI solutions for industrial companies in agriculture, machinery or biotech. 

We’re now looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Prague.

Would you like to improve the health of dairy cows 🐄, predict maturity of fruits 🥭 or help companies see more in their radar data📡? 
Join us in exploring specific fields, understanding challenges from domain experts. Collaborate with a small team to develop AI solutions and ultimately, witness your solutions in action in real world (often literally, during farm visits).

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proficiency in data science, with 3+ years of experience in the field.
• Ability to carry out a data science project from ideation to production.
• Deep understanding of statistics and machine learning.
• Experience with the Python data science stack (scikit-learn, numpy etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with clients on a technical level. Knowledge of Czech is not required.
• Ability to decompose defined problems into manageable tasks for direct execution.

NICE TO HAVE:

• A portfolio of sample projects, academic papers, or a Kaggle profile.
• Experience with cloud computing (Azure is perfect but any is good).
• Knowledge of code, data, and model versioning tools (Git, DVC, MLFlow).
